The 3rd Cooperman Memorial Shoot organised by Abbey Lodge members in memory of John “Cooperman” Cooper and his dear lady Sue took place at Coniston Cold Shooting Ground on Thursday, 24th August 2023.
Over 30 shooters took part in this now annual event with trophies and prizes going to to male and female ‘Top Guns’ as well as those that could-do-better. Thanks to the sponsors who really make the difference to the financial success of the event. In round terms some £1800 was raised and will be distributed to charities that “Cooperman” regularly supported.
2024’s Cooperman Memorial Shoot will be held on Thursday 22nd August.
