The Abbey Lodge Events Team is made up of members of the Lodge, wives and widows of members who have ascended to the Grand Lodge Above. The three principal Officers of the Lodge, the Worshipful Master, Senior and Junior Wardens are automatically members of this Team.
With a wide range of people to cater for the Events Team endeavour to provide events that will appeal to the majority with the first priority being families. Regular surveys are carried out to gauge how the Team are performing and to identify types of activities that the Brethren would like to attend.
The Events Team’s next meeting is scheduled for early May 2024 to plan some summer and autumn events for the next Worshipful Master
We’d love to know about any suggestions that members and friends might have. Indoor or outdoor especially the latter for the longer days of summer. Put on your thinking caps and let us know.
